From humble beginnings in 1998, as a student in culinary arts at Vincennes University. I, Chefski have carefully crafted the style and flair of cuisine. From line cook to executive sous chef, I've combined education, experience and passion for the art of cooking to provide in-home private dining, event catering, and personal chef services. A culinary innovator known for producing top quality, creative meals. The Chefski team sources ingredients from local famers whenever possible, from fresh meats & cheeses, to fresh produce, grains, and breads. Indiana has some of the best produce and meats in the country. My team and I are proud to showcase locally sourced in our culinary creations, and maintain the availability of fresh goods by buying from our farmer friends and family here in Hoosier Country and enjoy sustainable living.
