Canal Bistro is the realization of a dream for the owners. Originally from Egypt and Lebanon, they know Mediterranean cooking. The owners have been in the restaurant business for 22 years along with gaining experience from watching their mothers and grandmothers cook for their big families from their own herb and vegetable gardens, learning the value of freshness in cooking.
Specialties
We specialize in gyros, kabobs and lamb dishes. As well as lighter dishes of hummus and baba ganoush etc. We also have homemade baklava!
