BCT Indiana is headquartered in Indianapolis. The company was founded in October 1982 by William C. Myers, a retired bank executive and his wife, Phyllis. Together, along with their daughter Marilyn Templeton, they began providing next-day service on thermographed, or raised print, business cards, which was a new concept for this market. In 1996, the franchise added foil stamping and blind embossing to its product offerings. In addition, the company acquired a rubber stamp company to bolster its rubber stamp program. In 1997, BCT acquired an Indiana-based thermography competitor and sold the Indiana sales interest to the franchise. The company specializes in small-format full-color printing, which is one of the fastest growing areas for the company. The franchise provides daily delivery to other Indiana cities, including Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend/Mishawaka, Terre Haute, Richmond, Lafayette, Muncie, Anderson, Bloomington and Columbus, as well as Indianapolis and neighboring cities.
