Bancorp of Southern Indiana is a one-bank holding company. The company was organized under the laws of the State of Indiana. Bancorp s sole subsidiary is Jackson County Bank, located in Seymour, Ind. Through its subsidiary, Bancorp offers a range of commercial and retail banking services. The bank also provides investment management and trust services to individuals and businesses. Jackson County Bank conducts business from 12 offices in six south-central Indiana counties, including Jackson, Jennings, Lawrence, Washington, Scott and Bartholomew. Approximately 454 stockholders broadly own Bancorp of Southern Indiana. Founded in 1982, Bancorp of Southern Indiana established Jackson County Bank in 1990.
