In computer repair, I have earned a reputation for not only being honest, fair, quick and understanding, but also cost efficient. I learned that being a good technician doesn't exactly mean you know how to fix every single problem. It means you have the ability to listen to what the customer says, decipher the terminology they are using, find the root cause, then be able to explain back to the customer what the problem was, in terms they understand, and how best to prevent repetitive issues in the future.
