New roof

Money well spent. See the "repaired" rotten wood.. I could have done a better job myself.

This is the new leak. The flashing doesn't seem to even be under the roofing tile.

All of that area is rotten. So the gutters are screwed into literally nothing.

I've had to bend out the drip edge to keep water from going behind the gutters. What poor craftsmanship

This is some of the trash that I ran over with my lawn mower.

Clean up was severely lacking, I had three Roofing nails in my tire, and had to call Uber to get to work. I still can't get a callback from management. I don't recommend anyone using this company....
