History

I started WWBG in 2020 as a hobby. It wasn't until May of 2021 that I began baking fulltime. We currently offer direct to customer sales from our home bakery and wholesale from a shared kitchen. Fika & Sandwich delivery services are the newest additions.

Specialties

Free Delivery; Large Area We specialize in Scandinavian and Nordic inspired bakery items made with organic, IL flour. Seasonal items are our favorites but year round items include cardamom buns and coffee cakes, Swedish limpa and Danish rye.

I picked up a coffee cake this afternoon from the Wild West stand at the Batavia Market on Wilson St. It did not disappoint. The cardamom cake with almond paste throughout was delicious!
