The congregation at the Unitarian Universalist church places an emphasis on supporting the individual search for truth and meaning. Although the Unitarian Universalists have roots in both Christianity and Judaism, today this religious organization recognizes Atheism, Agnosticism, Buddhism, Humanism, Paganism and other religious and philosophical traditions. All are welcome to become members and are not required to denounce other beliefs or religious practices and affiliations.
The UUA offers resources for education, worship and social action. Cirriculum for children and youth groups includes stories, activities and social action ideas. More information for parents is available on the Web site.
