Interfaith House provides residential care services to homeless citizens and helps in medical recovery. It operates a more than 60 bed facility that offers interim housing and support services to homeless individuals. The center offers secure appropriate housing and treatment opportunities and support services to residents. Interfaith House is comprised of case and behavioral health service managers, substance abuse referrals counselors, and over 150 volunteers, including professional educators and interns. It also provides on-site care and supportive living services. The center maintains a housing advocacy and the health and housing outreach teams. Interfaith House supports an assessment and respite program that helps ill and injured homeless people to complete a medical recovery plan and offers support in social and psychological issues. It is located in Chicago.
