History
Originally, this business was started as a way for the founder of the business to be close to her mother as she was elderly but there was no good way to make money nearby. The founder, Maria Bartolo, worked at a factory before deciding to try to open her own business. The founder's mother also had Alzheimer's, so she felt it was necessary to be close to her and the rest of the family instead of having to leave at the crack of dawn and travel about 2 hours every day just to get to work. The business has actually changed location 3 times since its inception before it's current location. The owner and the rest of the family that tends to work there (as well as all the happy customers) attribute the success of the business with the fact that it's real, authentic Mexican food.
