Sushi House's paper lanterns, bamboo blinds and clean-lined woodwork create a serene dining atmosphere for seekers of fresh sushi and sashimi. The chef prepares sushi right in front of guests who sit at the sushi bar. Guests also can dine in private booths behind shoji screens. Established in 1997, Sushi House is part of a chain of restaurants in the suburbs of Chicago and Kansas City. Readers of West Suburban Magazine voted Sushi House the best sushi in 2010.
