History
What began as a love of muscular and mental relaxation, has since evolved and embraced overall health, wellness, strength and flexibility. Offering small fitness classes, and private and semi-private Personal Training, we strive to empower women by building strength in muscles and confidence. Muscles feeling tired after training? Schedule regular massages with us to ease that discomfort!
Specialties
We are a wellness based studio with a core focus on Women's Care - working with women during and post-pregnancy. It is our goal to work with women in fitness, helping to build a healthy relationship with exercise. On the flip side, we also aim to assist in repairing tired and overused muscles with our extensive knowledge in Massage Therapy and muscular stretching.
