Founded in 1964, St. Germaine School is a Catholic school that serves more than 350 students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school has a computer laboratory that features digital cameras and projectors. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as reading, languages, mathematics, social studies and science. St. Germaine School also has an athletic association that provides extracurricular sports programs in soccer, golf, volleyball, cheerleading and basketball. The school has a family-school association that conducts various programs, such as fundraisers, workshops, breakfasts and Market Day. St. Germaine School is a part of St. Germaine Parish and is located in Oak lawn, Ill.
