We are a neighborhood counseling practice focused on helping you achieve your full potential by facing challenges head on. We named the practice Sprout because we believe every experience in life whether easy or difficult offers the opportunity to grow. And we believe that making the most of these opportunities helps develop maturity, allowing you to handle more and be a greater resource to those around you.

We're a group practice of solution focused counselors and psychologists committed to helping you grow even in the middle of life's biggest challenges. Our experience helping clients is extensive, but here are a few highlighted areas we do a lot of work in: Big life transitions, Relational conflicts, Developing critical communication skills, Defining your parenting principles, Improving time management, Recovering from traumatic events, Better at living in the moment, Developing healthy habits, Creating a system for living your life with purpose. Deborah Gorton, PhD works in collaboration with her clients to help move them towards reaching their full potential. She utilizes both coaching techniques and research-validated behavioral change strategies in order to provide meaningful and lasting change. Her experience and interest is in working with individuals (Teens and adults), couples, and families. She understands that each professional relationship requires creativity, an understanding of the unique experiences and perspectives each individuals brings to the table, and a solid foundation of trust. Tracy Leman, LCPC works with children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. Tracy comes from a family systems background and values incorporating the whole family into treatment. She utilizes a variety of trauma-sensitive, attachment and mindfulness based techniques, as well as play therapy, when working with kids.
