Community Unit School District 201 operates elementary, middle and high schools in grades kindergarten through 12. It provides education in various subjects, including reading, math, physical education, English, driver education, science, social studies, special education, industrial technology, foreign language, and family and consumer science. The district offers various sports activities, such as volleyball, basketball, wrestling, baseball, football, golf, cheerleading, cross country, and track and field. It also offers a variety of extracurricular activities that include choir, band, art club, National Honor Society, marching band, newspaper, jazz band and student council. The district operates through various departments, such as administration, food service, guidance, human resources, technology and transportation. Established in 1972, Community Unit School District 201 is located in Westmont, Ill.
