My aim is to help you identify and reach your fitness goals, design a workout program that fits your needs, and guide you through every workout while mitigating the risk of injuries, stimulate growth, and encourage self motivation. I consider my self a Functional Trainer. I desire in helping my clients look and feel their best. I believe everyone should be capable of carrying a bag of groceries up a flight of stairs or change a light bulb when needed. My certifications consists of, PT-NASM, Precision Nutrition, Fire Fighter CPAT, CPR/AED, currently working on CES-NASM. I also helped trained a group of women (14) to pass the Fire Fighter CPAT exam to eventually graduate and become Chicago Fire Fighters.
