The Owner Jason McAfoos has had many years of rental property experience beginning in the early 1990's. Over the years he has rehabbed and managed his own property and helped with many of his family's property. In 2008 Jason accepted a position as the Property Management Director in Tampa Bay for Rent Solutions. Over that time Jason Managed 100's of other properties from St. Pete Beach to Tarpon Springs Fl. After spending a few years in the Florida market the McAfoos family moved back to the St. Louis Area to start a new branch of Rent Solutions in this market. Since then we have been the areas leader in rental solutions for home owners, landlords, Realtor s and apartment communities.
