maintenance has been MIA for 14 days. contacted the city of minneapolis in regards to Quadrel's questionable property management.

"Repaired" ceiling closed on the resident portal saying they completed work. mold growing up there for over a month now.

Second leak i've had now and maintenance is unreachable.

Half the washers and dryers don't work, and the laundry room is filthy. one washer has been left filled now for over a month.

Trash piled so high it became a mountain of crap, either didn't pay their trash removal or they are just that horrible.

now only 1 dryer is left in working order
