I am Brad Blackwell. My wife and I started Powerhouse Carpet & Tile Cleaning after being subjected to the some carpet cleaning companies and found how bad they were. No customer service at all. Some even were on the edge of 'stick-up' men. We knew we could provide a better cleaning service, better customer service and an overall better experience for future customers.
