Specialties
Elite martial arts skills and philosophy are taught in a dynamic, fun, yet disciplined way. The teachings include instruction in Chinese Kenpo Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, and practical self-defense. We instruct men, women and children five years and older.
