Perry Memorial, a city-owned, not-for-profit hospital, serves the needs of all individuals in our community. Perry is affiliated with OSF Healthcare System. It is a 25-bed, critical access hospital offering primary care, outpatient services and a variety of specialty providers who are knowledgeable experts. Perry's service area is comprised of Bureau, Marshall and Putnam counties and serves over 53,000 residents. Perry is building an integrated healthcare delivery system for our communities' future health and wellness. The goal: improve the quality of life. Perry strives to assist individuals in leading healthier, more productive lives to create thriving communities.
