PACT is dedicated to providing services to persons of all ages with disabilities. Programs include life management, community services and child and family services to assist children with disabilities, all giving the disabled an opportunity to live better lives. Assistance with guardianship, maintance of independence, and trusteeship is available. To enter the program, an individual must be screened to determine if they meet the criteria to participate in the state-funded programs. After meeting with community case coordinators who identify the choices available, individual and support advocacy groups meet with disabled members routinely to review the individuals satisfaction with the services received. For more information on assisting a disabled family member to achieve a full life with informed choices contact PACT and join the 6,000 people already receiving assistance.
