The Open Studio Project is a non-profit arts and social service organization that provides stimulating visual arts and writing experiences to inspire personal growth, interpersonal understanding, and social change. Serving both the general public and the diverse community of underserved local residents, the Open Studio Project offers workshops, classes, and exhibitions as a form of open-to-the-public art therapy. Equality between facilitators and participants and no critiquing art work creates the welcoming environment that springboards participants into confronting challenges in their lives proving that, as their motto goes, art can change everything.
