We hired him to repair these and repaint. These were patched, but never sanded and our house is still unpainted.

We also hired him to remove this slab in the back yard.

This is apparently completed work to him.

The slab clearly still remains after a week. BTW, our landscaper had it out in a matter of hours using a sledgehammer.
