History
The large industrial and warehousing brick buildings within the Fulton Market neighborhood dating to the late 19th century have undergone recent transformation in which traditional and innovative businesses coexist amid an evolving mixed-use landscape. Morgan's on Fulton has experienced major renovations since its first use by produce commission merchant Litman & Co. in 1921. Having changed hands many times, it was most recently renovated by James Geier, founder of 555 International. Known for creating some of the city's most lavish interiors including, Girl & the Goat and Soho House Chicago, Geier has created a gallery and private event space unlike any other venue in Chicago.
