There is nothing more important than the health and wellness of one's own body. Massage Therapy, Exercise, eating healthy, and drinking the correct amount of water regularly all help benefit a healthy lifestyle. I became a Massage Therapist because I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and helping those around me live a healthy lifestyle through properly maintaining and taking care of the body. I attended USCA in 2012 and have had my license for almost 5 years. I strongly encourage everyone to exercise and receive massage regularly. Even those that cannot exercise can receive tremendous benefits from regular Massage Therapy.
