MaZi designed and patented a whole new dance fitness program called Ballerina Bum - a focused strength and cardio series that incorporates ballet technique into sculpting classes with a backdrop of great music. With Ballerina Bum options including Bootcamp, Body, Interval, Fight-Club and Cardio Barre, the series is designed & choreographed to train your body holistically, dynamically and effectively. For the full dance experience, classes like WERQ & Dance Cardio with hip-hop, jazz, and ballet are also available.
