The moldy bathroom ceiling where water pours every night

Yep, this is my front yard 2 weeks into moving in.

Used to be stairs here but they won't come put a new back porch on

and now I get to look at this dirt patch and white thing sticking up in my yard "in case it happens again"

I wont even get into the flying ant issue Ive got going on here.
