History

We started out in St. Louis, MO, and moved to Chicago in 2004. We have been in Rogers Park since 2005. Lama Lobsang Palden was born in Tibet in 1966. He was recognized as a tulku as a boy, and he studied at Lhabrang and Tashi Kyil monasteries in eastern Tibet. Lama lived at Tashi Kyil Monastery in exile at Dehra Dun, India for 10 years, and he lived in Lima, Peru from 1995-1999. All hours are by appointment.
