This is a solid 3.5. I'm not sold on the draft lattes but it wasn't a bad latte either. There's plenty of seating and it's nice they have simple syrup readily available. It just feels a bit...cold.

Good place to grab coffee and catch up with friends, always a table to sit, which is great. Where is lacks in coziness it makes up in space and lack of clutter. Coffee and service are good.
