The law firm of Joseph Wrobel, Ltd, was formed in 1980 and has been a continuous and ongoing, viable law firm through the present day. Prior to that, Joseph Wrobel was employed by the general practice firm of Robert Morton and Associates. He later was a lawyer and partner in the Legal Clinic of Wrobel and Roseman. In 1977, Mr. Wrobel opened the 71st Street Law Office. The 71st Law Office, along with the Legal Clinic of Wrobel and Roseman, was a pioneer in bringing quality legal services at reasonable fees into Chicago's neighborhoods. The 71st Street Law Office operated at 1927 E. 71st Street, Chicago, Illinois for 10 years, and served the South Shore and neighboring communities. Today, a very large number of the clients of the 71st Street Law Office, along with the family and friends of those clients, are still clients of the present law firm of Joseph Wrobel, Ltd Through the years, the law firm of Joseph Wrobel, Ltd has interviewed and served more than 10, 000 clients. Joseph Wrobel has been a practicing attorney since 1973 and has experience in a wide variety of law relating to legal matters for individuals and families. He is a member of Chicago Bar Association and of the Bankruptcy Committee of Chicago Bar Association. He is an active participant in the Bankruptcy Panel of Pro Bono Program of the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, which provides legal assistance to persons unable to afford a lawyer.
