Part of Kane County Forest Preserves. Nice walking paths. Good for dog walks but lots of bikes! Bridge over the Fox River. Lots of birds. Boat launch and picnic areas. Plenty of parking.

Voyagers Landing Forest Preserve

Voyageur Landing Forest Preserve in Elgin, IL, was once a private fishing camp and now serves as a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Although its natural features have been largely destroyed, the preserve offers amenities such as bike and nature trails, a boat launch, fishing spots, and picnic areas along the Fox River. Located below the I-90 Tollway, Voyageur Landing is known for its bustling boat launch and sizable river pool, attracting boaters from a wide area.
