Jazzercise is a national fitness and dance program. Clients burn up to 600 calories in one 60-minute total body workout through a combination of dance moves and exercises. The center offers morning and evening classes and has child care available for morning sessions. Classes include body sculpting and low-impact Jazzercise, which combines dance and cardio with strength training, jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing. Students of all fitness levels are welcome, and there are 8 classes per week.
