Janet has been teaching yoga since 2003. She started after discovering yoga and falling in love with it. Taking it for years she was taking a class at the gym she was working at teaching at the gym where she worked. When the teacher quite they asked me to fill in. Janet began teaching from there. She began branching out and teaching classes at other locations. She was teaching up to 12 classes a week at different locations. Her mentor said that was to many and that she'd burn out. He was right. Janet continued to branch out than finally she did burn out. She pulled back to the classes and private lessons she teaches now which is the perfect blend. The class at Kirk Center for Healthy Living in Lockport has been going since 2013. It's at 6:15 pm on Tuesdays. We use their yoga space, hardwood floors, props, very peaceful. It's perfect. From beginner to advanced student she is prepared to teach meet every students needs. Her private sessions will take you to the next level quickly, efficiently, and will improve every aspect of your life style. For private lessons she can come to you or provide space for you. Yoga parties are great too!
