For more than a decade, Kim has helped people overcome their limiting beliefs and release stagnated energy through mindfulness and movement. In 2014, she created the Inner Circle Healthy Habit Group to assist her clients in creating more moments of mindfulness in their lives off of the yoga mat. Habits like organizing our morning and evening routines, making time for friends and movement, noticing what time of day we eat...we do it simply. We bring healthy holistic habits into our lives through this easy no-stress 12 month program. The work is truly transformational. The group(s) are a loving community of women who are choosing to live their lives deliberately. Join us for a riide.
