Reasonable price and walkable location to lake attractions, local restaurants, Wrigley. We liked experiencing the neighborhood because it didn't feel touristy and overpriced.

Stayed for a couple of days. The room was big. There's only one elevator. I did see a bug in the bathroom. There was no refrigerator. The art was cool. Parking is like a block away.
