I've been Trying to reach this company to get service for the lift that they installed which had stopped working but I've got nothing but random sales pitches and I've been hung up on four times....

We had a bathroom done by this company (which we really had to design) but thought they did a pretty nice job initially. It was never finished entirely with some gaps in the wall under the sink....
