I (Patrick Grady) established Grady Realtors Inc. in 1979 after having been a partner in the real estate firm of Reavy, Grady and Crouch Real Estate since 1969. My wife, Betty, came into the real estate business full time in 1980.Betty and I were proud to have our oldest daughter, Cindy Hamilton join Grady Realtors Inc. in 1991. Next to join the family real estate business was our son David, in 1994. Then in 2001, our daughter Melissa began her real estate career making Grady Realtors, Inc. a true "family serving families" real estate business!Having 42 years in the real estate business, I have seen Springfield, Illinois grow to a town that people truly love to call home. I believe Abraham Lincoln would have been proud to see what has become of the town he so dearly called home.
