Heritage Prairie Farm is a small farm representing sustainable living. It grows fresh fruits, vegetables, raises its own honey bees and harvests honey to create dishes for its Farm Dinner with chef Jeremy Lycan. Its farm is also used as a venue to host weddings.
A farmer's market is also on site selling to locals and businesses. Its products grown all year long include amaranth, arugula, asparagus, beans, beets, broccoli, broccoli raab, cabbage, carrots, celeriac, chard, collard greens, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, fennel, garlic, mixed greens, cilantro, dill, basil, rosemary, peppermint, thyme, kale, leeks, various head and leaf lettuces, melons, onions, parsnips, peas, peppers, potatoes, radicchio, radishes, rutabaga, shallots, spinach, strawberries, summer squash, tomatoes, tomatillos and turnips. It also has seasonal goods.
