Freeman Elementary School, established in 1928, is a learning center that provides educational classes to more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade five. It also provides food, transportation and health care services to the students. Freeman Elementary School is a part of Aurora West Unified School District 129, which has an enrollment of nearly 12,400 students in over 15 schools. The school has a staff of approximately 30 full-time certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes classroom teachers, learning disability specialists, librarians, art and music professionals, social workers, health assistants, psychologists, physical education instructors, and speech and language pathologists. Freeman Elementary School is located in Aurora, Ill.
