HistoryTours will be offered Monday through Sunday from 3pm - 6pm. Tour groups will range between 15 - 30 people and will visit 4 steakhouses. A corporate bus will transport the guests from steakhouse to steakhouse. A tour guide will highlight interesting information about the neighborhoods, Chicago's meatpacking and steakhouse history, and the restaurants themselves. At each participating steakhouse, guests will enjoy a taste of a specific cut of steak or a signature dish sample, a vegetable and or potato sample while receiving a short exclusive tour, history and insider information about the restaurants and steak preparation techniques.
