We promised to return phone calls immediately and send out contracts within 24 hours. We even boldly offered to GUARANTEE the talents of our artists. As we enter the 21st Century, we are still the only management company willing to return our commission if any of our artists receives a bad review. Yes, we have returned one commission. It happened a few years back when a vocal group changed their personnel without telling us. The presenter felt that he hadn't received the talents he had contracted for. We felt the same way and refunded our commission. Since then, this presenter has featured ARTRA artists every season on their concert series.
