Access Community Health Network is one of the largest, private community health center organizations in Chicagoland. Approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, Access Community Health Network operates more than 40 health centers and a dental health center throughout Chicagoland, servicing over 200,000 patients annually. The organization provides an array of services beyond primary health care, such as asthma care, family planning, behavioral health and substance abuse, pain management, tattoo removal, and breast and cervical cancer early detection programs.
