History
I was a former Personnel Director at a small software company when I realized I wanted to help people more directly. Through some serendipitous events I found massage and instantly knew it was the perfect fit. At the top of her class at The Chicago School of Massage Therapy I was asked to teach, upon graduating. After three years teaching I went on to to pursue further studies like NMT, Myofascial, Feldenkrais, Energy and Coaching. I taught one more year in AZ, reminding me of how much I love to help people expand their worlds and thrive. Currently I'm studying Reflexology and Craniosacral. There are always more tools to add, but the most important thing I base my approach on is listening. Not only am I able to focus in on what you really need, but by working with a deep level of mindfulness the body responds much quicker.
