Chef Dustin owns and operates Edge, a farm to table restaurant supporting local farms and communities. Dustin's farm-to-table philosophy is enjoying the bounty of the earth while cooking in the moment and taking the best of what the earth gives you to create something remarkable. Chef Dustin accomplishes this by not only ordering ingredients from local farms (currently more than 90% of the restaurant's ingredients), but also building relationships with all of the farmers that he works with. Chef Dustin makes regular visits to the farms to build relationships with the farmers and learn more about their operations. He also invites farmers to dine at Edge, so they can learn more about his concept and implementation. The importance of this relationship building is to help provide educational resources for the farmer, create opportunities for the farms, and continue his food system education.

At Edge by Chef Dustin Allen we specialize in taking what the earth has to offer and making it something new and exciting. We source 90% of our menu within 75 miles of the restaurant. Chef takes great pride in all of the dishes he prepares for our guests and does so by using only the freshest ingredients possible.
