History is a past notable for its important, unusual, or interesting events. My, oh my. Yelp gives us 1000 characters to give the history of this family establishment over the past 43 years of its existence. That's just with the current owners Joe and Therese. (The bar has chaged hands at least 2 times before J & T). Here it goes: Been here since 19XX, lots of generations have been through, and we're still here. Whew!

Delta Lounge has been in business since Joe Sr. started in 1967. It is truly one of the few and last dying breeds of neighborhood taverns. What do we specialize in? Fun. Pure and simple.
