Before 2005, Dawn was selling her fresh baked goods at local farmers' markets. Word spread, and customers were soon asking for more. Dawn opened her own bakery, le Petit Marché, to meet demands and now carries the finest wines, cheeses and daily specials, in addition to her famous bread. She also offers catering, microphone performances, and wine tastings. Le Petit Marché has become a favorite gathering place for patrons of the arts (heading to the Raue Center for a performance) and fine food.
