History
In 1987, Robert and Beverly Bass opened this shop. At that time it was called Bass' Country Cream. Then in 2000, they opened a little resturant up on the hill in Mt. Erie, called Bass' Farmhouse Cafe. This closed in 2002. Then in August of 2002, My mom and dad, Robert and Beverly Bass, turned the business over to me and I opened it back up with the a new name of Crystal's Country Cream. We moved back down the hill and along the main 161 highway that goes through Mt. Erie, IL.
