History

We have had many athletes from our club compete in the Cadet World Championships, Jr. World Championships, Sr. World Championships and Olympic Games. We stride to be the best weather that is winning a match or representing our country in the Olympic Games

The Cohen family has traveled the world competing, training, and learning. We constantly update our curriculum to incorporate the latest training methods and techniques. Our coaches include Olympians and National Champions with decades of experience competing and coaching at the sports highest levels.

Chang's Martial Arts Academy

This Tae Kwon Do studio accepts all interested students ages 3 and up. Though most students are children and teenagers, adults also participate in classes. The studio, which holds evening classes, has been in Buffalo Grove since 2006, though Chang's has amassed over 10 Chicagoland locations in 30+ years.
