The Chicago Religious Leadership Network on Latin America (CRLN) is a network of individuals, congregations, denominations, and organizations dedicated to promoting social justice and building sustainable economies in Latin America. Through their action, advocacy, accompaniment, and awareness efforts, CRLN connects with organizations in both the U.S. and Latin America to participate in transnational social movements.
CRLN's program areas focus on dismantling economic exploitation and U.S. militarism towards Latin America, as well as advocating for immigrant justice within the U.S. They mobilize interfaith support for local deportation defense efforts, work towards creating sanctuary for all, and challenge the criminalization of communities of color. Additionally, CRLN promotes partnerships between the Northern Triangle, Colombia, Cuba, and the U.S., advocating for an end to harmful U.S. policies towards Cuba and supporting initiatives that advance social justice and human welfare.
